No. Prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT, which is added at checkout. EU businesses outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged (0% VAT on the invoice).
Monthly plans: anytime; the plan stops at the end of the billing period. Annual plans run to the end of their 12-month term, with no refunds mid-term.
